While most of my work focuses on supporting families locally in Bristol, I know that affordable, evidence-based sleep support can be difficult to access in many parts of the UK.
Because of this, I offer a small number of discounted sleep sessions for families outside of Bristol who need extra support. The packages below reflect these reduced rates, carefully designed to make expert sleep guidance more accessible.

1:1 Sleep Support

For parents seeking expert, evidence-based insight into their child’s sleep situation but don't need follow-up support.
This is a relaxed, supportive space for you to bring any sleep questions you may have - whether you're feeling unsure about a particular challenge, curious about what's developmentally normal, or simply need reassurance that you're not doing anything wrong - believe me, you aren't.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. This is your chance to talk things through with someone who understands the nuances of infant sleep and values connection over quick fixes.
Before we speak, I’ll ask a few questions to get a sense of your little one’s sleep - just so we can make the most of our time together.
This type of call is best suited for simpler questions, general guidance, or a quick sense-check. For more complex sleep challenges or a deeper look at patterns and behaviours, one of my more in-depth support options may be more appropriate.

Whether you're dealing with frequent night wakings, bedtime battles, or a cot-to-bed transition, it can be hard to know where to begin. That’s where this support package comes in.
Before our consultation, you'll receive a detailed sleep diary and questionnaire to complete. During our 60-minute Zoom session, we’ll explore your child’s unique sleep patterns, what's biologically normal for their age, and how their temperament, emotional needs, and development might be affecting sleep. You’ll receive evidence-based insights and practical strategies that align with your values.
After our consultation, you’ll get a short sleep summary with actionable tips, specific to your child and your situation. You’ll also receive two weeks of follow-up support, along with an extra consultation to help you feel more confident in addressing your little one's sleep challenges going forward.
