Introducing an additional settler

Who is this workshop for?

It's very common, and completely normal, for a a child to have a preference for which caregiver settles them to sleep. This can, understandably, be quite overwhelming for the parent who is having to always do the settling. Equally, it can be hard for the non-preferred settler to be side-lined and feeling unable to help.

This workshop is for partners, grandparents or any caregivers who want to help settle your child to sleep.

  • Have you tried to introduce a secondary settler before but your child was just not having any of that?

  • Do you feel touched out and want someone else to be able to settle you child to sleep so you can catch a break?

  • Do you just want to have the flexibility of someone else settling your little one?

Whether you just need an occasional break or you want to share the responsibility of settling your child to sleep more equally with another caregiver, this comprehensive workshop is packed with helpful information and practical tools that will help you make that transition.
